Organization culture is based on behaviours, values, traditions, written and unwritten laws that are transmitted. Culture influences the way individuals and groups communicate with each other with customers, and with stakeholders. Clearly put, Organization culture is the way things are done around here how much workers associate with their company can be influenced (Armstrong, 2009).
